Return and Exchange policy

Delivery and Returns
We have worked had to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase, however, we recognise that there are some circumstances when some products may need to be returned to us.

If you are not happy with the order you have received from our website for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of the date you have received the goods. We will exchange or refund any unused items returned to us, as sold, unused and in their original condition as received with your order. If any item is damaged, or in anyway, is not as the original state as sent out to you, it may not be accepted and sent back to you.

If you do choose to return your order, you are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging necessary to facilitate the return. Until the items are received by us, you will be responsible for the safe return of the goods.

Refunds will be paid using the same method as the payment was originally received within 7 working days of receipt of the returned order, however dependent on the card issuer this refund could take up to 10 days to complete.

Once the refund is complete you will receive an email from us.

To start the process of returning your goods please email us, info@jezreeldesigns.com, with your order number and reason for the return so we be on the lookout for it. Please also include the order number with the package.

Please note returns received after 14 days will not be accepted.

Once the refund is processed you will receive an email confirmation from our team.

Can I exchange my purchase?
Subject to availability, you may exchange your purchase for a different item by sending us an email, info@jezreeldesigns.com, stating the reason for the return as well as the order number.

Can I cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled as long as goods have not been dispatched at the time of cancellation.
To cancel your order please email us, info@jezreeldesigns.com stating your order number in the message. If these products have already been produced or dispatched when you contact us, return the items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.


Can I change my delivery address?
As long as the item has not yet been shipped, the delivery address may be changed so please ensure the correct delivery address at the time of purchase. You can also have your items delivered to another address from your billing address by simply letting us know this at the time pf purchase.
