A: Absolutely—just contact us before your order is processed. Once it's with our shipping team, we can’t make changes. If you need help, email or call us right away.
Q. How do I cancel my order?
A: Need to cancel? Just reach out before we process your order and we’ll take care of it. After that, cancellation won’t be possible.

Q. Is there a warranty on my purchase?
A: Yes, we offer a one‑year craftsmanship warranty from the purchase date—on par with statutory rights. Should any defect arise, send it back with proof of purchase. We’ll either repair or replace it, free of charge.
For general wear, accidental damage, or post-warranty issues, we offer repair services (usually completed within two weeks, costs provided upon inquiry).

A: As our pieces are made to order, all orders are produced, shipped and received three weeks from when the order is placed . International orders may take longer due to customs processing.

Q. What courier service do you use?
A: We partner with trusted couriers that require a signature at delivery . If no one is home, they’ll leave a card to arrange re-delivery.

Q. What’s your returns policy?
A: If you are not happy with the order you have received from our website for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of the date you have received the goods. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery for any defective goods, with photos. Return shipping is non-refundable.

A: Yes! We only use sustainably sourced leather to create timeless pieces you can feel good about.
Q. How should I care for my leather piece?
A: Keep it away from direct sunlight to preserve colour. Natural grain variances and markings are part of its charm.
Q. What if my leather gets wet?
A: Gently blot moisture with a soft cloth, shape the item, and leave to air-dry in a cool, shaded place. Avoid heat or stretching to prevent damage.

Q. I forgot my password—how do I reset it?
